Liability

Liability Contract for the Driven Young Program.

I acknowledge that participation in the Driven Young Program involves certain risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, property damage, or death. I agree to assume all risks associated with participation in the program and to hold the program, its owners, directors, employees, agents, mentors and volunteers harmless from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the program.

I understand that the program may include physical activities, outdoor adventures, alcohol-related events and other activities that involve a degree of risk. I agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the program and to use appropriate caution and common sense when participating in program activities.
I also acknowledge that the program may involve social activities, including interactions with other program participants. I agree to behave in a respectful and responsible manner at all times and to refrain from engaging in any behaviour that is harmful, disruptive, or disrespectful to others.

In the event of an emergency, I authorise the program to take any necessary actions, including but not limited to contacting emergency medical services, administering first aid, or arranging for transportation to a medical facility. I understand that I am responsible for any costs associated with medical treatment or transportation.
I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Driven Young Program, its owners, directors, employees, mentors, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the program.

I have carefully read and understand the terms of this liability contract and voluntarily sign it with full knowledge of its contents and the risks involved. I agree that this contract is binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
